Shipping of faulty or incorrect items
If you receive faulty items in your first order, we can only send you a new parcel free of charge before we can process a return. In the case of lost or undelivered items, we will also send you a new item free of charge before we can issue a refund. To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

Once we have received your email and assessed the damage, we will contact you to discuss the desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, faulty and incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns at the customer’s discretion
If the size is not right or you wish to change the colour, you may return the item. However, you must cover the postage costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging or with the company’s label attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you may return your items at any time within 30 days and place a new order.

Refused home delivery / Post office undeliverable
If the parcel is not accepted by the recipient or is not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender and we reserve the right to deduct 30% from the refund amount.
